From old to new - re-using gold

For her granddaughter 21st anniversary I was asked to create something special and memorable from her un-worn gold jewelry.

Immediately we were thinking about designing a timeless bracelet. I made several designs and we decided to make a armcuff. This is a modern version of the classical bangle and charm bracelet. It is modern and at the same moment timeless.

By melting down all the un-worn jewelry we came up with a nice and warm colour of the gold.
