◊ Shipping and Delivery  
> Floor Wetemans charges the following shipping costs:
- Belgium               free shipping on orders above €300,00
- Europe                       free shipping on orders above €500,00
- Rest of the world       free shipping on orders above €200,00        
                                      €20,00 on orders till €200,00
> Floor Wetemans sends packages through a reputable parcel.
> Floor Wetemans will send the order as soon as possible after payment of the agreement. Not later than seven days after payment, the order will be delivered (within Belgium). If this is not possible, for whatever reason (because an article is temporarily out of stock for example) you will receive a message about this immediately.
> Up to and including the delivery Floor Wetemans bears the responsibility for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you.
> If you accidently entered an incorrect delivery address – and there are therefore extra costs – we calculate these additional costs on to you.

◊ Exchange and Return

> If you wish to return or exchange an article you can do this within seven days after receiving your package.

* The costs and responsibility are for your account.
* The refund (minus any shipping costs) will take place after receipt and inspection within thirty days.

> The return and exchange of an article is only possible when the article:
- is in undamaged state,
- is not worn and/or used,
- includes the original and undamaged packaging.
* Floor Wetemans reserves the right to refuse returned items.
