New earrings by re-using old gold

For sure everyone has somewhere in a small box some unworn jewelry. A ring that doesn't fit anymore or a necklace you once got as a gift and doesn't like anymore or some out dated pieces from your grandmother.

They can be stuck in this box for many more years but you can also recycle this and make something new but still with the emotional value in it. 

Like in this case I received some un-worn jewelry pieces from the mother with the question to create a new pair of earrings for het daughter Cora  who just celebrated her Masters degree.

What a nice gift and good idea to re-use her un-worn jewelry and give it a second life.
